The Body Solid Vertical Knee Raise Attachment- VKR30 adds bodyweight exercise functionality to your Body Solid Multi-Station Home Gym- EXM3000LPS. The challenging exercises you can get from the combination vertical knee raise/dip tower are made more comfortable by a specially contoured, oversized back pad, arm pads, and hand grips. The MH30 Multi Hip Station cannot be used with this station, so take note of that. The EXM3000LPS can only have one or the other attached; not both.

Specially contoured, oversized back pad, arm pads and handgrips add comfort to the grueling abdominal, shoulder and triceps workouts you can get from the combination Vertical Knee Raise/ Dip Station. Not recommended for the faint hearted, this is one option that builds champions.
